Kuro (by Curocode) respects your right to control your personal data. If you have interacted with a business's AI agent through Facebook Messenger or Instagram, here is how to have the data associated with your profile deleted.
If you connected via Facebook or Instagram, you can remove Kuro at any time from your Facebook settings → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites. When you remove the app, Facebook notifies us and we automatically delete the conversation data associated with your account.
You can also ask us directly. Email privacy@curocode.com from the account associated with your request, with the subject "Data deletion request", and we will delete your personal data from our systems and confirm once done.
We remove the messages you exchanged with the AI agent and any identifiers tied to your Facebook/Instagram profile in our systems. Some records may be retained only where required to meet a legal obligation, and are otherwise anonymised.
